Currently, I accept Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United/Optum insurance. I am able to provide super bills for clients that would like to submit claims as an out-of-network provider. Good faith estimates are provided for anyone that is not using insurance.

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Does it include teleheath benefits (seeing a therapist online versus in person)?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I cannot accept Venmo or PayPal as they are not HIPAA compliant and can compromise confidentiality.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment, we request that you provide at least 24 hours advanced notice to our office. Since we are unable to use this time for another client, please note that you will be billed for the entire cost of your scheduled appointment if it is not cancelled in time, unless such cancellation is due to illness or an emergency.
