Counseling for Anxiety
Is it hard to make a decision? Do you sometimes not know what you want? Does your mind race constantly trying to sort through the best option or replay past experiences in a loop? Are you fearful of the intensity of the anxiety you feel at times? Do you find yourself always on alert or agitated even and unclear why or how to get grounded? Does it feel like you can’t control it no matter how hard you try?

My practice offers the most effective forms of treatment, to get the relief from anxiety that you deserve that includes aspects of talk therapy but also many various experiential processes to create space to listen to what the anxiety is telling you.
